Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Zenoya order. Here's how returns work:

10-Day Return Window
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging, with tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return
Contact us at dropstaruae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item back.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at dropstaruae@gmail.com with a photo of the item — we'll resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personal care or hygiene items (for health/safety reasons)
  • Any item without proof of purchase

Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return.

Refunds — Cash on Delivery Orders
Since most orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued as either:

  • A bank transfer to your provided account details, or
  • Store credit toward a future order (your choice)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at dropstaruae@gmail.com.
