Delivery Area

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location within the UAE. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by courier availability, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Payment on Delivery

Most orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery (COD). Please have the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partner will contact you prior to delivery to confirm your availability.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the courier partner handling your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to reach you at the provided address or phone number, they will typically attempt delivery again or contact you to reschedule. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate at checkout to avoid delays. Repeated failed deliveries or unreasonable order refusals may affect your ability to place future Cash on Delivery orders with us, in line with our Terms of Service.

Incorrect Address

Zenoya is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Please double-check your delivery details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at the email below, along with a photo of the item and packaging, so we can resolve it quickly.
