Please review your order carefully before submitting — once an order is confirmed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests. If we cancel or modify your order, we will notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for personal or household use only, not for commercial resale.

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation.

Posted prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and do not include any applicable delivery charges unless stated otherwise.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. You agree to have the correct payment amount ready upon delivery.

For prepaid orders (if offered): you agree to provide accurate and current payment information, and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. All delivery times shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once an order is handed to our courier partner, risk of loss passes to the delivery process, though we will work with you to resolve any delivery issues reported promptly.

If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the point of delivery without valid reason (e.g., item is not defective or incorrect), we reserve the right to limit or decline future orders from that customer.
